My husband & I moved to Arizona from the Midwest (Naperville, IL) in 2001 to avoid the winter weather and enjoy the endless sunshine. We live in Fountain Hills and own 3 vacation rentals. Dennis is a local Realtor and I am a retired Interior Designer. We love meeting new guests from all over the world.
This location can't be beat if you like convenience and quiet. Fountain Hills has a small town feel with all big city amenities. If you need something not available in town you'll find nearby Scottsdale has it all. We host snowbirds in winter and relocating people in the off season. Minimum rental period varies by property.. All our properties are located near downtown Fountain Hills. Within a short walk are Grocery Stores, Cafe's, Restaurants, Library, Hair Salons, and Banks. Each property has been decorated and fully furnished/equipped to provide comfortable living for vacation or long term stays. Just bring your suitcases and relax!.
